  • You’ll need:

    • ½ cup Galliker’s milk
    • 2 scoops Galliker’s ice cream, any flavor
    • 3 tablespoons chocolate or strawberry syrup
    • 1 maraschino cherry

    This simple recipe makes hundreds of delicious combinations! Make Chocolate Marshmallow ice cream extra rich by adding chocolate syrup. Or add a swirl of strawberry to Birthday Cake ice cream. To make, combine all ingredients in a blender and mix on high for 5 to 10 seconds, or until all ingredients are evenly combined. Pour into a tall glass. Add a cherry and a straw. Start sipping!

  • You’ll need:

    • 2 large cookies (can be store-bought or homemade)
    • Your favorite Galliker’s ice cream
    • Sprinkles or colored sugar

    Soften ice cream at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes. When the ice cream is easily scoopable, use a small spoon to scoop and spread a layer of ice cream about 1/2-inch to 1-inch thick on the bottom side of one cookie. Top with the second cookie. Roll the edges in a saucer filled with sprinkles or colored sugar. Enjoy immediately or place on a plate covered with waxed paper and freeze until firm, about 2 hours. To freeze multiple ice cream sandwiches, use a baking sheet or tray lined with waxed paper.

  • You’ll need:

    • Galliker’s Neopolitan ice cream
    • 1 banana, split lengthwise
    • Crushed pineapple or pineapple ice cream topping
    • Chocolate syrup
    • Strawberry syrup
    • Walnuts or peanuts
    • Whipped cream
    • Maraschino cherries

    Arrange the two halves of banana in a long bowl or ice cream boat. Top with three scoops of chocolate, vanilla and strawberry ice cream – or the flavor of your choice. Spoon the pineapple, chocolate and strawberry toppings over the ice cream and sprinkle with nuts. Top with a generous swirl of whipped cream and as many maraschino cherries as you’d like!

  • You’ll need:

    • 1/2 cup strawberries
    • 1 sliced banana
    • 1/2 cup sliced peaches
    • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
    • 1 cup Galliker’s vanilla ice cream
    • 3/4 cup ice cubes
    • 1/2 cup Galliker’s milk

    Place strawberries, banana, peaches, pineapple and ice cream in a large blender and blend until ingredients are combined evenly and mixture is smooth. Add ice and milk to the blender and blend again until smooth. Serve immediately. This recipe works great with all kinds of fruit – try strawberries and blueberries for a berry delicious experience. Or change it up with a different flavor of Galliker’s ice cream, like Cherry Vanilla or Black Raspberry.

  • You’ll need:

    • 1 pint of your favorite Galliker’s ice cream
    • 8 ounces of whipped topping
    • Your favorite prepared pie crust (try graham cracker or cookie crust)

    Soften ice cream at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes. Once ice cream has softened, combine with whipped topping in a bowl; mix well. Pour mixture into pie crust. Freeze until hard. Serve and enjoy!

  • You’ll need:

    • 2 ½ cups crushed Oreo cookies
    • 2 cups softened Galliker’s Vanilla Ice Cream
    • 2 to 3 tablespoons of melted butter
    • 8 ounces of your favorite whipped topping
    • 10 inch pie pan
    • Hot fudge sauce and whipped cream topping to taste

    To make the no-bake crust: Separate each OREO and remove the icing. Pulse the cookie pieces in food processor until they are chopped into fine particles. Pour ¾ of the mixture into a bowl and mix with 2 to 3 tablespoons of melted butter. Pure mixture into a 10 inch pie pan and spread evenly on the sides and bottom, patting it into place and smooth the surface with the back of a spoon.

    Combine remaining fine OREO mixture with 2 cups of softened Galliker’s Vanilla Ice Cream and 8 ounces of your favorite whipped topping. Pour mixture into crust and freeze until firm. Serve with hot fudge sauce anda dollop of whipped cream.

  • You’ll need:

    • 2 cups softened Galliker’s Strawberry Ice Cream
    • 1 jar of strawberry preserves
    • 8 ounces of your favorite whipped topping
    • Your favorite prepared pie crust
    • Strawberry preserves and whipped cream topping to taste

    Combine ice cream and whipped topping. Spread a layer of strawberry preserves over your favorite pie crust. Pour half the ice cream mixture into pie shell. Spoon more preserves over the ice cream. Pour remaining ice cream mixture into pie pan. Freeze until firm. Serve with preserves and whipped topping.

  • You’ll need:

    • 2 cups softened Galliker’s Mountain Berry Cheesecake ice cream
    • 8 ounces of whipped topping
    • Your favorite prepared pie crust (try graham cracker or cookie crust)

    Combine ice cream and whipped topping. Pour the ice cream mixture into your favorite pie shell. Freeze until firm. Serve with hot fudge sauce and a dollop of whipped cream.

  • You’ll need:

    • 6 thick-skinned oranges, such as navels or blood oranges
    • 1 quart Galliker’s orange sherbet
    • 3 cups Galliker’s vanilla ice cream
    • 3 ounces orange-flavored liqueur (recommended: Grand Mariner)
    • Mint leaves, for garnish

    Cut the tops off the oranges. Scoop out all of the pulp and juice from the oranges, reserving about1/4 cup pulp and juice. Set orange shells aside. In a large bowl, mix sherbet and ice cream together. Add liqueur and the orange pulp and juice and stir to combine. Freeze until just firm. Spoon mixture into the orange shells, packing it down. Freeze for 2 hours. Serve garnished with mint leaves.

  • You’ll need:

    • ⅓ Cup of Galliker’s 2% Milk
    • 10 Ounces (About 1¾ Cups, Packed) of Your Favorite Galliker’s Ice Cream
    • 2 Tablespoons of Whipped Topping
    • 1 Maraschino Cherry

    1. Combine the Galliker’s 2% Milk and Ice Cream in a blender or food processor and blend until almost smooth. 2. Pour the milkshake into a frosted glass. 3. Top with Whipped Topping and the Maraschino Cherry. 4. Serve immediately with a spoon and a straw.
